These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HomeWeave application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by HomeWeave LLC ("HomeWeave," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using HomeWeave, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
HomeWeave allows you to invite family and household members to join your account. Each invited member creates their own login and is bound by these Terms. As the account holder, you are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite understand and comply with these Terms.
HomeWeave is designed for families and households. When you join a household, certain information (such as schedules, tasks, property details, and shared notes) is visible to all members of that household. Personal account settings (such as your email address and password) remain private to you.
By adding content to a shared household, you understand that other members of that household can view, and in some cases edit, that content. Please be thoughtful about what you share.
We built HomeWeave to help families coordinate their lives. We trust you to use it responsibly. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to HomeWeave, including text, photos, files, and any other materials ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit, and that Your Content does not violate any law or infringe on anyone else's rights.
HomeWeave may offer features powered by artificial intelligence or automation, such as smart suggestions, scheduling assistance, or content summaries. When we do:

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is owned by HomeWeave LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the HomeWeave name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please notify us at support@homeweave.app with a description of the alleged infringement, and we will investigate and respond promptly.
We work hard to keep HomeWeave running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we make material changes that negatively affect your use of paid features, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you are on a paid plan, cancellation and account deletion are separate actions — deleting your account will also cancel your subscription, but no refund will be issued.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, if your account has been inactive for an extended period, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking action and give you an opportunity to export your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeWeave LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to HomeWeave in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
We hope we never have a dispute, but if one arises, here is how we will handle it:
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@homeweave.app. We will try to resolve the matter within 30 days.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and HomeWeave agree to resolve it through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and will take place in the State of Delaware, or at another location mutually agreed upon. The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and HomeWeave agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against HomeWeave.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HomeWeave LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and notify you via email or through a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
